Hello! I'm Sveta, a Product Lead, mentor, and strategist, rooted in both design and management disciplines.
I've been in the tech industry for more than 10 years working with large enterprises and small startups across the e-commerce, real estate, and financial sectors, and getting a rich perspective on different organizational dynamics.

Since embarking on my career in 2014, my path has been diverse and dynamic. Starting as a graphic designer, I evolved into roles including product designer, product manager, design team lead, and founder. Under my leadership, over 10 services have transitioned from ideation to successful launch, maturing into fully established applications that have significantly grown their user base.
My approach is to strategically weave product design with business objectives, acting as a key collaborator within product teams and across functions, aligning with stakeholders such as business owners, sales, analytics, marketing, etc.
I am skilled in crafting product teams, and in devising UX, product, and engineering strategies and processes from scratch. I am committed to nurturing a strong customer-centric culture and to mentoring team members to enhance their skills and careers.
