I was invited by the Aero Idea Agency to facilitate a 2-hours educational workshop for product and project managers, as well as UX/UI designers. The objective was to experiment with a new prioritization technique and to demonstrate to designers and managers how to incorporate discovery into this process.

Together with Yandex methodologists, I developed and conducted a 2-hours educational workshop for design beginners on the Yandex.Practicum platform. The goal was to teach them how to design for mobile applications and how to utilize iOS and Android guidelines in their work.

I facilitated a 1.5-hour practical workshop on enhancing our product development processes with a new Jira value stream workflow. Together with product managers, designers, and engineering leads from 5 squads, we've gone through our flow aiming to maximize value and minimize waste at every step of our product and design journey.
